• Price may change when airlines raise fuel surcharge.
• Program and flight time may change according to weather, traffic, etc., but all attractions are guaranteed to be included.
• Mandatory shopping stops: Government Ginseng Center, Government Cosmetics, Red Pine Essential Oil, Liver Support Supplement, Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom, duty-free shop.
• If you do not visit one of the above shopping stops, a fee of 30$/person/store will be charged.
• If you separate from the group (do not travel with the group), a fee of 150 USD/person/day will be charged.
• Add 200 USD/1 person/1 day if the day of separation is when visiting the mandatory shopping support stops as follows: Ginseng Center, Korean Government Cosmetics store, Red Pine Essential Oil shop, Ganoderma Lucidum Mushroom, and Liver Support Medicine shop.
• Guests with non-Vietnamese nationality will have an additional fee of 100 USD/person.
• Once the visa is granted, we will manage your visa until the group departs. You can visit our office to view your visa, or we will scan and send it to you. After the tour ends, if necessary, please return your passport to the tour guide for us to submit to the embassy as required. We will return your passport to you immediately after presenting to the embassy.
• Depending on the nature of each case, you may need to pay a security deposit of 200 million VND/person to 300 million VND/person (when requested). This amount will be refunded when you return to Vietnam. If the company has notified the deposit requirement but you do not pay the deposit (even if you received the visa), it is considered that you have not completed payment procedures and is deemed as self-cancellation of the tour. You will not be able to participate in the trip and the company will apply the penalty according to the regulations in the Postponement/Cancellation Conditions section.

IMPORTANT NOTICE DURING TOUR IMPLEMENTATION:

• The itinerary or services may change according to actual circumstances but will ensure complete sightseeing points and equivalent or higher-quality services.
• Services are booked and paid in advance, so if group members separate or do not use services, they will not be refunded.
• All changes must be agreed with the group leader. We do not accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the itinerary or services (omitting attraction, omitting service…), you must accept the additional costs. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual circumstances.
• This is a sightseeing and shopping tour program in South Korea. We are not responsible for product quality when you cannot prove the origin of goods purchased during the tour. You must keep all receipts and invoices related to purchases during the tour.
• During the journey, you are not allowed to independently bring family members or acquaintances onto the vehicle without prior service agreement with us - we have the right to refuse service in such cases.
• Standard hotel policy: check-in 12:00 - 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
• General regulation: Guests must be at the airline counter at least 2 hours before departure for international flights.
• The sightseeing itinerary usually does not have lunch break time and often involves a lot of walking.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by guests.
