Itinerary

Overnight: Plane

Vehicle and tour guide pick up the group at Thống Nhất Park, Trần Nhân Tông Street – Hai Bà Trưng District – Hà Nội, and depart to Noi Bai Airport.
Tour guide assists the group with check-in procedures for flight OZ734 (23:30 - 05:50) to South Korea.
Guests rest overnight on the plane.

Booking notes

In case guests do not obtain a visa due to reasons beyond their control from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the visa review fee at the embassy of 2,500,000đ per person. In case guests prepare visa documents not according to schedule resulting in visa denial before the flight date, after flight tickets have been issued, the non-refundable fee is 15,000,000 VNĐ.
In case guests do not obtain a visa due to factors such as: failure to cooperate with the company to provide all required documents according to embassy regulations, missing a scheduled interview or failing the interview, having previously resided illegally in South Korea, engaging in illegal activities or violating entry/exit regulations, being on an exit ban without disclosure… the non-refundable cost in all cases is 15,000,000đ per person.
In case guests have obtained a visa but do not depart on the scheduled date, cancellation conditions of the contract apply.
Guests must have 3 original vaccination certificates to register Q-Code in South Korea.
Guests from age 6 must take a COVID test before flight using rapid antibody test (within 24h) or RT-PCR (within 48h) - must have result in English or Korean. Required information on the test result certificate: Name of person tested (accurate according to passport information), Date of birth, Testing method, Time of test, Test result, Date of result issuance, Testing location.
Guests under age 14 need a guardian and must have authorization from a relative to the guardian with stamp confirmation from the ward.
Guests from age 12 must have at least 2 vaccination doses.
Guests who have had cosmetic surgery, if appearance differs significantly from passport photo, please obtain a new passport – the travel company will not be responsible if guests cannot exit Vietnam or cannot enter South Korea.

General policy for individual group passengers:

Guests must pay a deposit when registering for the tour. Pay full tour cost when receiving visa result or 8 business days before departure (whichever comes first).
Due to the nature of individual group passengers, the departure schedule may change to a new date if: a. Within 10 days before departure the group does not have at least 15 adult passengers. b. The scheduled departure date encounters force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, storms, war….
In case guests cannot exit and enter Vietnam due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour cost.

Note:

The order of sightseeing points in the program may change but the number of sightseeing points remains the same.
If guests are denied exit or entry by immigration authorities for personal or individual reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour cost.
We do not accept any reasons for leaving the group for visiting relatives, business, etc.
Pure tourism tour, throughout the program guests cannot leave the group.
No full or partial refund of included services not used once the tour program has begun.
In case guests leave the group, a penalty of 300$ applies in all cases.
General hotel policy: check-in 12:00 – 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
