CHILDREN'S FARES:

• Ages 2–11: 90% of adult price.
• Under age 2: 30% of adult price.

NOTES:

• If a guest fails to obtain a visa due to reasons beyond their control from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the embassy review fee of 2,500,000VND per person. If a guest's visa documents are not prepared on schedule, resulting in visa rejection before departure, after flight tickets have been issued, the non-refundable fee is 8,000,000 VND.
• If a guest fails to obtain a visa due to factors such as: not cooperating with the company to provide all required documents per embassy regulations, missing an interview appointment or failing the interview, having previously resided illegally in South Korea, or violating laws and immigration regulations, or being subject to travel bans without disclosure… the non-refundable fee in all cases is 8,000,000VND per person.
• If a guest has obtained a visa but does not depart on the scheduled date, the cancellation terms of the contract apply.
• Guests must have 3 original vaccination certificates to declare Q-Code in South Korea.
• Guests aged 6 and above must undergo COVID testing before departure via rapid antigen test (within 24h) or RT-PCR (within 48h) – must have a result in English or Korean. Required information on the test result certificate: Full name of the person tested (must match passport information exactly), Date of birth, Testing method, Time of testing, Test result, Date of result issuance, Testing location.
• Guests under 14 years old need a guardian with authorization from a family member bearing the ward's stamp.
• Guests aged 12 and above must have received at least 2 vaccine doses.

GENERAL POLICY:

• Guests pay a deposit when registering for the tour. Pay the full tour cost when visa results are received or 8 business days before departure (whichever comes first).
• Due to the nature of individual traveler groups, the departure date may be changed to a later date if: a. Less than 10 days before the scheduled departure date, the group has fewer than 15 adult guests. b. The scheduled departure date encounters force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, war….
• Upon registration, we have submitted the visa application; the visa application review fee is non-refundable in all cases: 2,100,000VND per person. If a guest's visa documents are not prepared on schedule, resulting in visa rejection before departure, after flight tickets have been issued, the non-refundable fee is 8,000,000 VND.
• If a guest does not obtain exit and entry permits due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour cost.

DURING TOUR IMPLEMENTATION:

• The itinerary or services may change according to actual conditions but will ensure all attractions and equivalent or higher-quality services.
• Services are booked and paid in advance, so if members separate from the group or do not use services, no refund will be provided.
• All changes must be agreed upon with the tour leader; we do not accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the itinerary or services (skipping attractions, omitting services, etc.), guests must accept any resulting surcharges. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual conditions.
• During the tour, guests may not unilaterally pick up family members or friends to join without prior service agreement with us – we reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
• Guests who separate from the group will be charged a penalty of 100$ per day in all cases.
• Hotel general policy: check-in 12:00 – 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
• General rule: guests must be at the airline check-in counter at least 3 hours before departure for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights.
• The tour itinerary typically has no lunch break and usually involves extensive walking.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by guests.
