• If a guest fails to obtain a visa due to reasons beyond their control from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the embassy review fee of 2,500,000VND per person. If a guest's visa documents are not prepared on schedule, resulting in visa rejection before departure, after flight tickets have been issued, the non-refundable fee is 8,000,000 VND.
• If a guest fails to obtain a visa due to factors such as: not cooperating with the company to provide all required documents per embassy regulations, missing an interview appointment or failing the interview, having previously resided illegally in South Korea, or violating laws and immigration regulations, or being subject to travel bans without disclosure… the non-refundable fee in all cases is 8,000,000VND per person.
• If a guest has obtained a visa but does not depart on the scheduled date, the cancellation terms of the contract apply.
• Guests must have 3 original vaccination certificates to declare Q-Code in South Korea.
• Guests aged 6 and above must undergo COVID testing before departure via rapid antigen test (within 24h) or RT-PCR (within 48h) – must have a result in English or Korean, with the following information on the test result certificate: Full name of the person tested (must match passport information exactly), Date of birth, Testing method, Time of testing, Test result, Date of result issuance, Testing location.
• Guests under 14 years old need a guardian with authorization from a family member bearing the ward's stamp.
• Guests aged 12 and above must have received at least 2 vaccine doses.
• Guests who have undergone cosmetic surgery, if significantly different from the passport photo, please renew your passport – the travel company will not be responsible if you are denied exit from Vietnam or entry to South Korea.

General Policy for Individual Travelers:

• Guests pay a deposit when registering for the tour. Pay the full tour cost when visa results are received or 8 business days before departure (whichever comes first).
• Due to the nature of individual traveler groups, the departure date may be changed to a later date if: a. Less than 10 days before the scheduled departure date, the group has fewer than 15 adult guests. b. The scheduled departure date encounters force majeure such as natural disasters, storms, floods, war….
• If a guest does not obtain exit and entry permits due to personal reasons, the company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour cost.

Other Notes:

• The order of attractions in the itinerary may change but the number of attractions will remain the same.
• If a guest is denied departure or entry by immigration authorities due to personal or individual reasons, the travel company will not be responsible and will not refund the tour cost.
• No separation from the group will be allowed for family visits, business, etc.
• This is a pure tourism tour; throughout the program guests may not leave the group.
• Full or partial refund of included services will not be provided if not used once the program has begun.
• Guests who separate from the group will be charged a penalty of 300$ in all cases.
• Hotel general policy: check-in 12:00 – 14:00, check-out before 12:00.

BOOKING STEPS:

• Step 1: Pay a deposit of 7,000,000 VND per guest and prepare documents as required.
• Step 2: 15–20 days after the company receives all documents and submits to the Embassy, if there is no special notice, the guest officially receives the visa.
• Step 3: Pay the full tour cost 10 days before departure and receive pre-trip briefing.
