Cancellation policy

Non-refundable and non-cancellable

If you do not obtain a visa for reasons beyond your control from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit after deducting the Embassy review fee of 1,700,000đ/person. In case the customer prepares visa documents not on time leading to visa rejection before 15 days of flight, the non-refundable fee is 7,000,000đ/person, before 08 days of departure, lose 100% of the tour fee.
In case you do not obtain a visa due to factors such as: not cooperating with the company to provide sufficient documents as required by the embassy, having an interview appointment but not attending or failing to answer during the interview, having previously resided illegally in Korea, engaging in criminal behavior and violating entry/exit regulations, being on the departure ban list without disclosure... the non-refundable cost in all cases is 7,000,000đ/person.
In case the customer has obtained a visa but does not depart on the correct date or cannot enter and exit due to personal reasons, apply according to the above cancellation penalty terms.

GENERAL POLICY FOR INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS:

Due to the nature of group tours combining individual travelers, the departure date will change to a new departure date if: a. Before 10 days of departure, the group does not have at least 15 travelers or more. b. The departure date encounters unforeseeable causes such as natural disasters, floods…

NOTES DURING TOUR IMPLEMENTATION:

The itinerary or services may change according to actual circumstances but still guarantee all sightseeing points and use equivalent or better services.
Services are booked and paid in advance so if members leave the group or do not use services, they will not be refunded.
Any changes must be agreed with the tour leader; we do not accommodate individual changes. If the changes affect the itinerary, services (skip sightseeing points, skip services…), you must accept any additional costs. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual circumstances.
This is a sightseeing tour combined with shopping in Korea; we are not responsible for product quality if you cannot prove the origin of goods purchased during the tour. You must keep all invoices and receipts related to shopping during the tour.
During the journey, you cannot automatically receive additional family members or acquaintances on the bus without prior service agreement with us - we have the right to refuse to provide services in such cases.
General hotel regulations: check-in 12:00 - 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
General regulation: you must be present at the airport check-in counter before departure at least 2 hours for international flights.
Sightseeing itinerary usually does not have lunch breaks and usually requires much walking.
