Tips for tour guide and driver: 6 USD/guest/day x 5 days = 30 USD.
Under 2 years old: 20% (Sharing meals and bed with parents).
2-10 years old: 90% of tour price.
11 years old and above: Same price as adults.

If the guest does not obtain a visa due to reasons beyond the applicant's control from the Embassy, the company will refund the deposit minus the Embassy review fee of 1,700,000đ per person. If the guest prepares visa documents not in time, resulting in visa denial more than 15 days before departure, a non-refundable fee of 7,000,000đ per person applies. If denied less than 8 days before departure, the entire tour fee is non-refundable.
If the guest fails to obtain a visa due to factors such as: failure to cooperate with the company to provide complete documents as required by the Embassy, missed visa interview or unsatisfactory interview performance, prior illegal residency in South Korea, violation of laws and immigration regulations, being subject to exit restrictions without disclosure, etc., the non-refundable fee in all cases is 7,000,000đ per person.
If the guest has obtained a visa but does not depart on the scheduled date or is unable to exit and enter due to personal reasons, the cancellation penalties above apply.

GENERAL POLICY FOR GROUP TOURS WITH INDIVIDUAL TRAVELERS:

Due to the nature of combining individual travelers into groups, the departure date may be changed to a new date if: a. Less than 10 days before departure the group does not have at least 15 guests. b. The departure date encounters force majeure such as natural disasters, floods, etc.

IMPORTANT NOTES DURING THE TOUR:

The itinerary or services may change based on actual conditions but will guarantee all sightseeing points and services of equal or higher quality.
Services are booked and paid in advance, so if group members separate or do not use services, refunds will not be provided.
All changes must be coordinated with the tour leader; we do not accommodate individual changes. If changes affect the itinerary or services (skipping attractions, canceling services, etc.), guests must accept any additional costs incurred. Changes must be based on feasibility and actual conditions.
This is a combined sightseeing and shopping program in South Korea. We are not responsible for product quality if guests cannot prove the origin of goods purchased during the tour. Guests must retain all receipts and related documents from purchases made during the tour.
During the tour, guests may not bring additional family members or acquaintances on the coach without prior service agreement with us - we reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.
Standard hotel policies: check-in 12:00 - 14:00, check-out before 12:00.
Standard requirement: guests must be at the airline check-in counter at least 2 hours before international flight departure time.
The sightseeing itinerary typically has no lunch breaks and involves considerable walking.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by guests.
