Guests may only purchase insurance if they meet the following conditions:

• Book the tour at least 2 days before the departure date (not counting public holidays, Saturday, and Sunday)
• Provide complete and accurate personal information including full name and date of birth
• Be a Vietnamese citizen
• Tour participants (particularly for tours involving boats, trains, flights, or tours to border areas) must carry valid identification documents (ID card/Citizen ID/Passport). Children under 14 must bring a birth certificate. Teenagers 14 and older must carry a Citizen ID or passport.
• It's recommended to bring medications for stomach pain from diarrhea and common cold/fever remedies
• Vegetarian guests should bring additional vegetarian food to ensure your dietary preferences are met
• Any tour services not used will not be refunded
• The tour guide has the right to rearrange the order of sightseeing points to suit specific daily conditions, while still ensuring all program attractions are visited.
• If there are 6 passengers or fewer, the driver may also serve as tour guide. These are experienced drivers who are knowledgeable about the route and local culture.
• As a mountain tour using smaller vehicles, we recommend not bringing bulky or oversized luggage. Please use a backpack instead of rigid suitcases.
• There are options to stay at a homestay to enhance your mountain tour experience. We recommend bringing personal items for your homestay stay (if needed).
• If you're traveling alone and we cannot arrange a roommate, a single-room surcharge of 50% of the nightly room rate applies throughout the tour.
• At the end of the tour, drop-off is at a single location: Hà Nội Opera House. Please arrange your own taxi to your hotel or accommodation.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Guests are responsible for their health and chronic conditions (cardiovascular, hypertension, diabetes, bone and joint issues, etc.), congenital conditions, pre-existing conditions, HIV AIDS, mental health and neurological disorders, pregnancy, etc. — these are not covered by insurance. When necessary, you must provide a health declaration for tour participation. The tour organizer is not responsible for undisclosed conditions, false declarations, or cases outside travel insurance coverage.
• Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings throughout the trip. The tour organizer is not responsible for loss of money, valuables, plane tickets, or personal property during the tour.

CHILD POLICY:

• Children ages 1-4 are free (parents cover all child expenses, child does not occupy a seat). Two adults may bring one free child; additional children are charged at 75% of tour price.
• If one adult brings one child ages 1-4, the child must pay 50% of the adult price (services equivalent to ages 5-9 but half meal portions). The adult is still charged a single-room surcharge throughout due to lack of separate bed standards for the child.
• Children ages 5-9 are charged 75% of tour price (separate meal portions, separate bus seat but must share bed with parents). Two children are charged but do not require separate beds.
• Children 10 and older are charged as adults.
• Children have child admission rates. At attractions with height restrictions, families must pay additional surcharges if the child exceeds the height limit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

MANDATORY ROOM SURCHARGES:

• Reason for surcharge: You are traveling alone and cannot be paired with another solo traveler, or you have requested a private room.
• Single-room surcharge: 800.000đ per guest for 1-2 star hotel options

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Hotel policies: Check-in from 14:00. Check-out before 12:00.
• Please bring jackets and warm clothing when traveling to Sa Pa.
• Prices apply only to Vietnamese citizens and may change due to service price fluctuations.
• Please provide an accurate group list (surname - middle name - first name, date/month/year of birth) so we can arrange services and travel insurance for your group.
• Please safeguard your personal belongings and luggage throughout the tour.
• Please bring your ID card or passport when traveling. Children must bring a copy of their birth certificate.
