What's included in the tour price — and what you pay extra for
Guests must have a passport valid for at least 6 months (181 days) from the end of the trip

The price applies to guests aged 12 to 69. Guests aged 70 and above must pay the difference for premium insurance. Guests aged 75 and above must provide a certificate issued by a competent medical authority confirming they are fit for international travel and must be accompanied by a healthy relative under 60. The tour is subsidized by shopping stops. Guests who do not visit these scheduled stops will be charged an additional 25 usd/ stop
To secure the price, guests must commit to following the itinerary. Guests who leave the group will be charged 100$* number of days away*number of guests leaving the group.
Flight times and airlines may change to suit the itinerary and ticket availability. The travel company will notify the group and provide the confirmed flight schedule at least 4 days before departure.

As this is a group tour assembled from individual bookings, the travel company is responsible for gathering a group of at least 16 guests for departure according to schedule, with a tour leader accompanying the group from Việt Nam. For a group of 10 – 14 guests,
The travel company will assign a tour guide to assist the group with airport procedures. A local tour guide will meet the group at the destination airport and accompany guests throughout the journey. If the group has fewer than 10 guests, the travel company must notify guests 05 days before departure and agree on a new departure date or refund the deposit paid.
The travel company reserves the right to combine guests from different companies to form a complete group and depart as agreed.
In circumstances beyond the Company's control, such as terrorism, natural disasters…or incidents and schedule changes affecting public transportation such as aircraft or trains…the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests' convenience and safety and will not be liable for any resulting losses.
**VISA APPLICATION PROCEDURES **
