• In circumstances beyond our control, such as terrorism, natural disasters... or incidents and schedule changes affecting public transportation such as flights and trains..., the Company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time for guests' convenience and safety and will not be liable for compensation for any resulting losses.
• As this is a shared tour for individual travelers, the company is responsible for accepting bookings until the group reaches the required size (20 adult guests or more), at which point the tour will depart according to schedule. If the group has fewer than 10 guests, the company is responsible for notifying guests 2 (two) days before departure and will arrange a new departure date by mutual agreement or refund the amount paid.
• Please provide the full names and birth years of all tour participants so that travel insurance can be purchased.
• Bring your ID card for any necessary procedures
• Bring neat, comfortable clothing, flats, or sports shoes.
• Bring a hat, sunglasses, umbrella,....
• We accept no responsibility and will not resolve issues arising if you arrive later than the designated meeting time or fail to be punctual at attractions.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or continued participation in the tour to guests who consume beer, alcohol, or stimulants, behave discourteously or offensively, deliberately cause damage, or show disrespect toward the guide or fellow travelers.
• The order of attractions and the route may change according to actual conditions, but all attractions listed in the itinerary will still be included.
• The itinerary may change due to weather or force majeure.
• A 20% surcharge applies on public holidays and during Tết.
• Please notify us 01 day before departure of vegetarian meals or other special dietary requests.

CHILD POLICY:

• Free for children under 02 years old. Parents cover any additional costs.
• A surcharge of 200.000 applies per child aged 3 – 4.
• Children aged 05 – 09 are charged 75% of the adult price.
• 02 adults may bring 01 child. If there are 02 children, the second child is charged 75% of the adult price.
• Children charged at 75% receive their own seat and complimentary water on the coach, just like adults.
