NOTES:

• Before registering for a tour, please carefully read the program, terms, tour price inclusions and exclusions. If you are not registering directly for the tour but someone else registers on your behalf, please carefully inquire about the program from the person registering it for you.
• Your passport must be signed and valid for more than 6 months from the date of entry.
• If you are an overseas Vietnamese or a foreign national with an exit visa, you must bring it on the tour.
• Guests aged 70 to 75 years old and above must have a complete health certificate for foreign travel from a doctor and must be accompanied by a relative under 60 years old (in good health).
• Pregnant guests, please inform the tour sales staff for additional advice. We do not accept pregnant guests from 5 months onwards for safety reasons. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by parents or an authorized person with written authorization from parents.
• Since flights depend on airlines, in some cases, flight times may change without prior notice.
• The order of sightseeing attractions and the itinerary may change depending on actual situations but will still ensure complete coverage of all attractions as planned. Hotel names will be officially confirmed at the team meeting, 01 day before departure.
• Pure tourism tour, throughout the program you are not allowed to leave the group.
• Please provide complete invoicing information when registering or 03 weeks before the tour departure. After this time we will issue all invoices for tour settlement according to regulations; any complaints about invoices later will not be resolved.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances such as: terrorism, natural disasters… or due to incidents, changes in the schedule of public transportation such as: flights, trains… we reserve the right to change the itinerary at any time for the convenience and safety of customers and will not be responsible for any damages incurred

FOR CUSTOMERS DENIED ENTRY TO THE VISITED COUNTRY:

The company commits to provide information and assist you to the best of our ability, but declines responsibility for payment of any incurred expenses if you are held at the border or denied entry by the immigration authority of that country along with the group. In this case, though unwilling, due to the regulations of the service provider of that country, we are forced to decline to refund any expenses to you even though this service has not been provided.
