Important note: Bring identification documents when boarding (a Citizen ID card for domestic guests and a Passport for international guests; children under 11 must have a photo of their birth certificate for age verification).

Surcharge of 480.000 VND/ guest on the following occasions:

• Lunar New Year 21-22-23-24/01/2023
• Christmas’ Eve 24/12/2022 and 2023
• New Year’s Eve 31/12/2022 and 2023

CHILD POLICY:

• Only 01 (one) child under 5 years old per 01 (one) room may stay free of charge when sharing the room and bed with 02 (two) adults.
• Children under 05 years old sharing the room and bed with their parents stay free of charge
• Children aged 5 – 6 sharing the room and bed with their parents are charged 50% of the price for 01 adult,
• Children aged 7 – 10: charged 75% when sharing the room and bed with their parents
• Children aged 11 and over are charged as adults
• Children sharing a room with 1 adult, or 2 children sharing 1 room, are charged as adults.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Late changes or reductions in guest numbers for an advance booking will be treated as a late cancellation, with the applicable penalties specified below. Increases in guest numbers will be confirmed subject to actual availability. Cancellation fees will automatically be charged to the guest's account.

1. Join-in guests booking fewer than 03 cabins:

• More than 15 days before departure: No charge
• From 14 to 10 days before departure: 30% of the total amount
• From 09 to 03 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• Within 24 hours before departure or No notice: 100% of the total amount

2. Join-in guests booking 03 cabins or more:

• More than 30 days before departure: No charge
• From 29 to 15 days before departure: 30% of the total amount
• From 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• Within 6 days before departure or No notice: 100% of the total amount
• For increases in guest numbers, the company is responsible for confirming them based on the vessel's availability.
• For reductions in guest numbers, the corresponding cancellation policy will apply based on the percentage of cabins reduced.

3. Full-boat charter guests:

• More than 30 days before departure: No charge
• From 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• From 10 to 15 days before departure: 70% of the total amount
• From 5 to 10 days before departure: 90% of the total amount
• Within 5 days before departure or No notice: 100% of the total amount
