CHILD POLICY AND SURCHARGES:

• 01 child under 5 sharing the parents' bed stays free of charge. A second child under 5 sharing the parents' bed is charged 940.000 VND
• 01 child aged 5-7 sharing the parents' bed is charged 50% of the adult rate; 01 child aged 8-11 is charged 70% of the adult rate.
• An extra bed for a child is charged 705.000 VND. A maximum of 02 children aged 5-11 may share a room with adults.
• Children aged 12 and above are considered adults.
• An additional adult is charged 90% of the adult rate per night.

CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT POLICY:

1. For individual bookings

a. 45 days or more before departure: No charge

b. 30 - 45 days before departure:

• 4 cabins or more: 30% of the total amount
• Fewer than 3 cabins: No charge

c. 20 - 29 days before departure:

• 4 cabins or more: 50% of the total amount
• Fewer than 3 cabins: 10% of the total amount

d. 15 - 19 days before departure:

• 4 cabins or more: 70% of the total amount
• Fewer than 3 cabins: 30% of the total amount

e. 3 - 14 days before departure:

• 4 cabins or more: 100% of the total amount
• Fewer than 3 cabins: 70% of the total amount

f. Fewer than 3 days before departure: A charge of 100% of the total tour price applies.

2. For full cruise charters:

• 45 days or more before departure: No charge
• 45 -60 days before departure: 25% of the total amount
• 20 - 44 days before departure: 50% of the total amount
• 14 - 19 days before departure: 75% of the total amount
• Fewer than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total amount.
