Cancellation policy for overnight cruises:

1. Cancellation by join-in guests booking from 1 to 2 cabins

• More than 5 days before departure, 100% refund
• From 2 to 5 days before departure, 50% refund
• Within 48 hours before departure or without notice: No refund

2. Cancellation by join-in guests booking 3 cabins or more, or full-boat charter guests on vessels with fewer than 5 cabins for a 2-day / 1-night program.

• More than 10 days before departure, 100% refund
• From 7 to 10 days before departure, 75% refund
• From 2 to 6 days before departure, 50% refund

• From 2 to 13 days before departure, 50% refund
• Within 48 hours before departure or without notice: no refund

5. Cancellation by full-boat charter guests on vessels with 5 cabins or more for programs of 3 days/2 nights or longer.

• More than 45 days before departure, 100% refund
• From 20 to 45 days before departure, 75% refund
• From 3 to 19 days before departure, 50% refund
• Within 72 hours before departure or without notice: no refund

Triple and family room pricing policy: The 3rd and 4th adults in a triple or family room are charged 75% of the adult price

Child pricing policy:

1. Children sharing a bed with adults – only applies to children aged 0 to 6 (join-in tours)

• Children under 4 sharing a bed with adults: free of charge if onboard meals are not booked.
• Children aged 4 to 6 sharing a bed with adults: only onboard meals are charged as follows: 588.000VNĐ/child for the 2-day, 1-night program (equivalent to 25USD/child), 1.175.000VNĐ/child for the 3-day, 2-night program (equivalent to 50USD/child) and 1.410.000VNĐ/child for the 4-day, 3-night program (equivalent to 60USD/child)

2. Children using a separate bed in the same room as adults (join-in tours)

• Children under 12 sleeping in a separate bed: charged 75% of the adult price
• Children under 12 staying in a separate room: charged 75% of the adult price + single charge
• Children under 12 staying in a triple or family room with 2 adults: charged 50% of the adult price
• Children under 12 staying in a triple or family room with 1 adult: charged 75% of the adult price
• For full-boat charter groups: children aged 4 and over are charged as adults; children under 4 stay free of charge if onboard meals are not booked.

Shared transfer surcharge Hà Nội - Hạ Long - Hà Nội: Luxury vehicle - Luxury Van (maximum 8 guests/vehicle):

1. Hà Nội - Hạ Long route:

• Adult price: 16 USD/person
• Price for children aged 4 – 12: 10 USD/child
• Children under 4: Free of charge.

2. Hạ Long – Hà Nội route (including a visit to Yên Đức village for a water puppet show and a light snack):

• Adult price: 22 USD/person).
• Price for children aged 4 – 12: 13 USD/child
• Children under 4: Free of charge.
