Calypso Cruises I and II are the company's newest “twin” cruise ships and rank among its most luxurious. Launched in 2018 and 2019 respectively, Calypso I & II feature a warm, refined, meticulously detailed, and elegant style inspired by the beauty of the legendary sea goddess Calypso, offering guests a luxurious and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Inspired by elegant Asian–European design and styled like an ocean-going ship, each Calypso has 20 cabins. All interiors are crafted from premium wood, with deep brown tones creating a warm atmosphere close to nature. Each cabin is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a TV, private bathroom, and large windows. In particular, 8/20 cabins have private balconies with beautiful views over the bay

Itinerary

Overnight: Cruise

12:15 – 12:45: From Tuần Châu Port - Hạ Long, board Calypso cruise via small boat. The crew will welcome you with a refreshing drink and warm/cold towel; then complete cabin check-in. The cruise sets sail into Hạ Long Bay and Lan Hạ Bay. Enjoy a refined lunch on the cruise while admiring the magical limestone mountains.
15:00: Visit Sáng Tối Cave. After five minutes by small boat into shallow waters, experience firsthand bamboo raft excursions into the Karst sinkhole through a cave tunnel across the mountain. This is one of the most captivating and anticipated activities of the tour. For guests who enjoy kayaking, you can choose to kayak independently and inform the guide for arrangements. After returning to the cruise to change, you'll have the chance to swim freely in the clear waters of Lan Hạ Bay or use the pool on the sundeck.
17:30: This is also "Happy Hour" with charming bartenders to enjoy stylish drinks, some with special promotions. If lucky, you can catch the sunset over Lan Hạ Bay from the cruise's sundeck.
18:00: Participate in learning to make spring rolls, a traditional Vietnamese dish.
19:00: Enjoy dinner at the cruise's restaurant.
20:30 – 22:00: You can participate in evening activities such as: night squid fishing, watch a movie in your cabin, play chess, karaoke… until 22:00. Rest overnight on Calypso cruise in the peaceful waters of Lan Hạ Bay.

Passengers' personal details (as shown on their identification documents) must be submitted at least 1 day before departure for small groups of fewer than 10 people and at least 3 days before departure for groups of 10 or more, as required for overnight registration by the Bay Management Board
Recommended items: swimwear, sunglasses, sunscreen, credit card or cash, and suitable shoes/sandals for cave visits and beach activities (if applicable)

To protect the environment, Hạ Long Bay PROHIBITS the use/carrying of plastic bags and single-use plastic bottles or containers. Guests who deliberately violate this rule will be refused service and may be fined under Notice No. 475/TB-UBND of Quảng Ninh Province and Notice No. 370/BQLVHL/NVNC.
