Daegu

When people think of South Korea, they immediately picture the beautiful scenery and famous attractions of Seoul, Busan, Incheon, or Jeju Island. However, Daegu also offers many appealing destinations and enjoyable leisure activities for travelers. Daegu is South Korea's fourth-largest metropolitan city, after the capital Seoul, Busan, and Incheon.

Located in the southeast of South Korea near the Geumho and Nakdong rivers, around 80 km from the coast, Daegu is surrounded by the Palgongsan range to the north, Biseulsan to the south, and the Waryongsan range to the west.
